link-tundra provides information about guided hiking expeditions across various Canadian regions. This website allows potential participants to:
Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until you receive written confirmation from link-tundra via email.
All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via email within 24 hours of receiving your request. Your booking becomes binding once you receive written confirmation and complete payment according to our payment instructions.
Full payment is required 60 days before the expedition start date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require immediate payment. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your booking confirmation email.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
We reserve the right to cancel expeditions due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (such as travel arrangements) due to expedition cancellations.
We reserve the right to modify expedition routes, schedules, or logistics based on weather conditions, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Participants must honestly assess their physical fitness and health status before booking. Each expedition description includes difficulty ratings and physical requirements. You are responsible for ensuring you meet these requirements.
Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations must disclose these to link-tundra before booking. We may require medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider before confirming your participation.
Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct.
Participants are responsible for providing personal equipment as specified in the pre-trip packing list. Inadequate equipment may result in exclusion from the expedition without refund.
Participants must follow all instructions from guides, respect other participants, and comply with leave-no-trace principles. We reserve the right to remove from an expedition any participant whose conduct endangers themselves, others, or the environment. No refund applies in such circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, link-tundra, its guides, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in expeditions, including those resulting from negligence.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific expedition in question.
By booking an expedition, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless link-tundra from any liability, claims, demands, or damages arising from participation in expeditions.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers adventure activities. link-tundra does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of link-tundra and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
